how did I know what to look at. I looked at everything I could get decent data on. One was remuneration. So I was simply trying to find out if I could find anything at all the might have explained what were bizarre results if I simply looked at the relationship between performance and pay. I also broke performance into a number of different sub factors. I tried the kids thing and the number of hours of work (off timesheets)
as for your own views about pay. If it’s easier to agree with you I will because I’m quite honestly stuffed if I can see the point of debating.
