Unfortunately or fortunately the womens lib movement has meant many women who maybe didn't want to work have to now due to pressure from society or just to compete with other women/families who are in the workforce
I still think there are major differences especially in areas such as empathy and narcissism, so each sector will eventually be drawn to roles that suit those professions
