Will MML pay a dividend this year?

So things seem to be back on track for medusa of late and given the company basically has no debt, isn't spending as much on capex any more and is quite profitable even at these depressed gold levels I'm starting to wonder about the potential for dividends.

So will MML pay a dividend this year given that analysts are foreasting earnings of 15 - 35 cent profit per share? and if so what will their payout ratio likely be?
