Looks totally dodgy. Announces a very nicely worded positive result from their Phase 1 trial - with antibodies from only 8 patients:

- then on the same day announces a USD $1.3 billion public offering. And the CEO flogs of $700K of his own shares the following day at a price lower than the price of the PO. And a MASSIVE culture problem:
