I believe that's the whole idea.

Not only that but there'll be a large increase in the amount of money ad credit put into circulation.

The hope is that everyone will borrow/use debt to spend/spend/spend ( aka buy/buy/buy) to keep everything going on nicely.

The only hitch (for everyone but the bankers) is that it's all being done with credit (which is really debt/indebtedness to the bankers who simply sit back and rake in the extra interest for having done absolutely nothing other than make a few keystrokes on a computer).

The world gets further and further into debt and the bankers get richer while industry struggles on for a few more months/years. And at the very end, the bankers still collect.
