Hi all
DDR SP price action this week on both volume and price suggests the insto buyers have arrived and the stock is poised to move higher. Still trades at a 47% discount to Petras valuation ( and they don't include any value for the proposed horizontal expansion )
In a yield driven world - a stock trading at a 9.5% FF yeild and a PE of 10 should be considered very undervalued. A 210-2.30 SP would be more reasonable and I wouldn't be surprised we move higher towards it over the next 2-3 weeks
