That sort of makes sense. Although if the instos didn't want it in the first place why did they participate in the placement? Perhaps DD sold them the line "this is worth over $2" and they believed it at the time.
But it's a self fulfilling prophesy, it won't get to $2 if instos keep selling it! What they need to do is hang on until it is no longer good value.
Which of course is my plan.
