I think the mode of action of stem cells is to reduce inflammation and knowing that myo/pericarditis in case of mrna vaccine is due to the same mechanism , i assume there should be an effect there too. My personal views only.
EUA would likely be in conjunction to improvement in ARDS though i assume.
