    It is only SPECIAL resolutions that require 75% to pass and these resolutions have to do with important changes to the company such as mergers or changes to the company's constitution.
    The renumeration report vote is not a special resolution but requires the 75% of FOR votes to be "ADOPTED" As you can see a first strike was given by like minded shareholders who thought the board did a bad job. A second strike on the renumeration report sends all directors (excluding the MD) to election within 3 months of that AGM.
