I have emailed GSR indicating I will be voting my not insignificant number of shares AGAINST the merger based on directors taking the performance shares. It may amount to nothing, but unless the directors are aware in an official capacity of our displeasure at them taking the performance shares then nothing will change. Every vote cast against the merger is three votes that GSR need to find (could someone please correct my maths if that is incorrect) for the merger to succeed.
