I wil change my vote to ABSTAIN if the directors announce they have cancelled those unearned performance rights.
A "Sneaky Weasel" has confided in me that he received a personalised email form CEO Chris Hansen begging for votes to pass the merger. His email did not explain why the directors are going to take those unearned performance rights.
Has anybody else received a personalised begging email as this indicates to me the AGAINST votes are building.
All the directors need to do is cancel those performance rights and we change our votes to ABSTAIN.
