If the rumoured SQM deal comes to fruition, I suspect any further attempt at corporate destruction from MZN might be shown the door by our new $10bn friends. Surely they can't afford to make an enemy of this size?
If I was them, i'd just hand over the wallet and hope that KDR leaves them with enough to atleast run their OWN company and maybe realise some value for their own shareholders...
