In Australian law, what kind of majority would be required in parliament in order to pass the labor version of NBN into law? Is it a strict majority, at 76 votes?
If Coalition wins a majority, at 76 seats (including the 3 independents), I guess it is still possible that the independents could vote their mind differently on the NBN issue, so that could still become law, in the form Labor proposed it?
Or would a Coalition victory guarantee that NBN would never get to the floor of parliament in a form similar to what Labor proposed?
