What if Coalition forms a government with the three independents, *but* the three independents then turn and state that they will support an NBN? The prime minister may be Abbott, but there may be 76 votes in favor of an NBN at the same time. Those two outcomes are not in contradiction.
So take a step backwards. If there are 76+ members of parliament who want the Labor version of NBN, and if Tony Abbott and Liberals form the Coalition government, what stops Labor's version of NBN from happening?
