Now if they can just convince potential customers they can actually execute work as their behaviour thus far would leave potential clients running for the hills!

I love their explanation for the delay. Really reinforces the lack of experience at the helm. If they had any idea about what they were doing they would have anticipated the types of hurdles required to jump over when initiating government contracts.
