This is typical of NET, they have been working on Govt contracts for 3 years now, never got one and they don't have one now, it is not a done deal so why Ann it, and they just happen to get contracts at the same time they Cap raise, do they think we are stupid.
If these guys were given shares in the company by us for performance based Income, they would have Zero.
