Personally I would be incredibly dissapointed with a takeover price at this early stage, but the reality is that these things can/will happen. All the company can do right now is continue with the feasibility studies, tie up a financial partner, and prove up more of the deposit. The rest is out of shareholder's/management's hands. These institutions that could takeover SDL have absurd amounts of money and could realistically scoop up the company for under $1 per share, as much as it pains me to say it.
