May explain GJ less than enthusiastic response to the transaction but they have been looking for someone to offload the shares for >6mths and I'm sure GJ would have helped with his connections? Surely he wouldn't like a takeover but probably not much he could do about it because probably no-one but the chinese would buy the parcel?
Maybe Hanlong sinisterly keeping SP down for a takeover bid-lol! Not impossible though hey?
