How do you value the Agricultural component of NHC? The rehabilitated land and it use? It is always mentioned in major company announcements, but very little detail mentioned on costs or even revenue.
Understand the company derives income from coal operations and some oil & gas production. But get the impression the land atm is kept (land banking) which more or less occurs with BKW, except it is developed in a JV where industrial buildings pop up.
So I am curious to know how it fits in the bigger jigsaw puzzle. I do hold positions in BKW and SOL.
