I to share your curiosity ?? If NHC still owned the vast tracks of land around the Town of Rosewood In 2003 and that land was developed It would be far bigger than their mining operation for coal.There wouldn't be any rural land left probably in that area and close to city
The point is for such a large shareholder asset , the company offers very little information on its development or status
One wonders if the showpiece land at Toowoomba ,(that shows reclaim mine land Is more productive ,than the normal farming land ),is now worth Progressing with ? (acland R.I.P)

If the central Queensland mines are not going to be developed then the buffer zones purchased surrounding them should be sold off And maybe buy some of the supposedly cheap existing coal assets to mine immediately.
Those stations would be worth millions

Tully8282- IF NHC still own the land above mentioned it would be worth more than what we paid for Bengalla . If we don't still own it then it must have been in the fine print ???

I understand NHC is a privately run company but a little curtesy re such valuable assets even on a broader scale should be forwarded to us minnows GLTAH
