Interesting I thought I would explore further since the NHC annual report states that "Property, plant and equipment is stated at historical cost". Property however was valued at only $211m and only $189m in 2018 before Bengalla purchase. There is indeed very little information on this $211m buried on page 77 except it appears if NHC did have significant landholdings it no longer does
