The Newcrest scheme booklet doesn't appear to mention anything about whether Newmont will have a policy to pay Australian CDI holders franked dividends. Has anything been stated anywhere about this? NCM has been a fully-franked dividend payer so the loss of imputation credits will not be immaterial.
