I will be honest and say I'm not 100% positive of that.
I was a shareholder of Sally Malay(now Panoramic) before the proceesing plant commenced construction.
As you say, there may have been hiccups, it may just be that it went on to be successful. I cant recall the any of the significant issues of the kind we are seeing with Noble.
I can be sure of one thing though. I wasn't riddled with the angst back then, that i'm feeling now. So i guess if there were issues with comissioning of the plant at Sally Malay ....... they mustn't have been so clouded as they are in this occasion.
