I too have contacted investor relations and same thing you said... IMO its just a cowards act to put SOMEONE who does not know what is state of affairs with the plant! What makes this worse is management have no respect or time for the little shareholder.... But I bet you Mr Norris answers the phone if a major shareholder calls or returns his calls..
It states Mr Norris has been responsible for number of successful mine starts ups over 25 years... I would really like to know which company's and if the were ASX listed to find out if the same problems occurred,,
