    on 29 April 2010, the Noble Group, one of the world’s largest commodity traders with a market
    capitalisation of S$11.6B [AUS$8.9B] as at July 2011, become a major shareholder in EER, purchasing 25,707,609 shares @ 15 cents each for $3,856,141

    on 8 Dec 2010, Noble purchased another 12,500,000 shares @ 20 cents for $2,500,000

    on 5 April 2011, Noble purchased another 12,500,000 shares @ 20 cents for $2,500,000

    these bring Noble's holdings to 50,707,609 shares or 30.36% of EER

    Noble's total investment amounts to $8,856,141 at 17.5 cent average

    the current EER share price is 16.5 cents

    what will Noble do?

    write-off their $8,856,141 investment & abandon the EER ship?

    or buy the remaining 115,741,696 EER shares?

    if so, for what price?

    total shares on issue = 166,449,305

    the EER director holds 68,701,201 shares and paid 10 cents each for at least 63,000,002 of those shares
