    Denison has 30% and now another takeover offer has come in at $1.44 for scrip, who the hell wants scrip in a foreign company.

    I will not be selling but will wait for either denison to significantly raise their offer or another party comes with cash not scrip...i would prefer to sell to anyone but denison unless denison offers over $2
