Denison who holds 30% + of OMC could also get out by accepting CAMEC's bid which when added to CAMECS 20% acquired thru pre bid agreements means that CAMEC get their 50% + to takeover. Is this right ? Denison must bid or sell (or hold). Why would they just hold ? If they sell, CAMEC take over and we become the holders of CFM scrip on the AIM. CFM shareprice has done nothing over 2 years but increased 10 fold over 5 years. Can anyone tell me if my reasoning is sound ???
