I understand the OMC takeover price is tied in with the CAMEC price - and will move on a day to day basis. It's a swap: 1 x OMC share for 1 x CAMEC share. So, on Friday, the takeover price equated to $1.44. This week it may be more or less...

However, let's look at some facts. Does Denison want OMC? Yes. Did Denison offer a silly price to start with? Yes. Does Dension now realise it needs to pay a fair and reasonable price for OMC? Yes (hopefully!).

My take is that Denison will come back to the market with a revised offer - perhaps cash + scrip.

Also of interest will be OMC directors response to the CAMEC offer....
