    UBS cuts Rinker F08 net profit forecast by 17%, now expecting earnings to decline 12% from FY07. Cuts price target to $14.80.

    Rinker unlikely to outperform in short-term with such bearish sentiments, but I think on long-term view it should be OK as the housing market digests excess supply.
