    With a cash balance of nearly $200M, will NST be the dark horse in taking over PXG?

    They also have close proximity to PXG tenements and are very interested in Zuleika Shear.

    Time will tell - but the fact that PXG announced yesterday that they were in discussions with "other interest parties" suggests that NST may just trump the others
