The only way the long-term co2 emissions will drop is when China, most of Europe and the US goes nuclear. Until then it's an exercise in BS and wasted opportunity. China increases our entire co2 output every year. That is every year. We will end up buying all this stuff from China as well. Its a trade game and business deal over climate change reality.
