The problem is that the "unreliables" also do not make economic sense in addition to being unreliable. It is a case of choosing the one that will keep the global warming tragics/alarmists satisfied. That's probably not possible regardless of which direction the government chooses. I still see coal fired power the best proposition for the cheap electricity necessary to power our economy. Without it China will control our future. They'll continue to use our coal !!!!!
