If there is an in specie distribution option holders will not be entitled, you will need to convert your option to shares. Marion would not typically own it or control it.
But would probably be a shareholder.
Marion shareholders would probably have a right to participate in the Helper spinoff and may receive free shares Depends on what management chose to do.
