I haven't spent much time following the whole thing to be quite honest. Once I realised that Abbott would not be able to govern on his own, I breathed a sigh of relief for the nation, and my biggest concerns were allayed.
The independents were always going to protect the nation from Abbott's simplistic boofhead politics.
