Now that they have ~66% of MMW and have obviously done their homework on PLA, the question is whether they will just put a script bid out there and collect their cash back (from the purchase of the Panton project).
They could probably use some of the emPloyee knowledge. We have and make huge admin savings on the Removal of the PLA HQ and directors. So once they've finished with mopping up MMW then perhaps we can expect them to make a move on PLA. On face value it looks to me as if PAN is a consolidator of platinum assets. But please dyor!
Maybe at these levels a script of 4:1 or perhaps 3.3:1 would be enough to take us out. But they'd better be quick, as once the June quarter results are out the game will probably change!
If not for anything else, a bid would help spice things up!
Oh, and PLA seems to be holding up nicely today! On doubt due to the bounce in the plat price over night. Testing times.
