I notice everyone wondering what the SP movements will be like over the next month or so. For mine, it hainges on one thing. Have they a get out clause in their underwriting agreement? They usually put such a clause in to save their bacon. It is done by stating that should the SP fall to x cents, they may opt out of the agreement, and not underwrite it at all. They must not have had this clause in play at the last CTP CR, so the SP went up mysteriously on no news to be pulverised mysteriously.
The great thing is though, they had this clause in their contract with SSN. The price fell, Pato's terminated the contract, SSN brought out great news, and the SP flew north, snookering Pato's. Much to my delight. LOL
In short, if Pato's can't get out of this underwriting, I expect the SP to fly on a typically weak CTP anny, and a dump of large proportions to follow. Before my serial TOUers wet their fingers, this is all just IMHO, and what would I know?
