Why would you say Pattos have a get out Clause when the Document on which we rely to invest in the SPP does not say that??
Indeed item 14 firmly says Pattersons have agreed to Underwrite! No if and buts!!

If indeed there are get out clauses then we have been provided with a Document which must surely breach ASIC requirements?

I agree that if they are locked in you can forget any metorite rise in SP no matter what! They will sell into any rise to either contain their losses or still make a modest profit for little work!!

I agree if they can walk away we have more chance of an SP rise should the next well be successful.
But forget theses guys being "Real Investors" and hanging on for next well results!! It wont happen!
