I believe that as long the offer is using scrip, PDN will have a go.
The greater the stake in SMM, the greater the profits, PDN hopes to get in the future.
One powerful driver will be the rapid increase in U prices which many investors don't factor in. This happens to be a fact and does'nt depend on an outcome of a court case or the ALP conference.
These increasing prices will any new offer look very cheap in the future, particularly as PDN uses paper, not cash.
