That's all well and good .
However the whole value proposition of PIL is to provide banking , bill paying and other financial services to the largely unsophisticated and un banked population .
Read all the propaganda that PIL put into their reports their overview statements etc etc .
I mean WTF ......
It's those masses that PIL need to get to .
But that's OK while PIL are ensuring that their apps are not being taken up the way they possibly could be , were PIL to be a bit more in tune with the ground level market place ; l'm sure someone else will seize the opportunity .
Keep on making excuses for short comings .
But that wont make the share price go up .
Maybe we need another pic of the MD lurking in another bank foyer.
