    For a simple commodity distributor you dont need 6000 people over 26 countries, ie.231 staff per country. What are you doing Toby or Harry. Are you farming Paper. Pardon me. This is ridiculous.
    Take a chainsaw, measure the fat, trim it and live within your budget. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to realise this.
