To answer your first question, I do not think Andrew Price is going away. He has too much invested both financially and emotionally.

The article you posted is very interesting. It reads like a justification for Toby to keep his job. The things it does not address are the head office issues such as the Milton Keynes palace and rumours of unhappiness in the ranks with top management that Graham has braodcast on his Sux blog site.
