Toby Marchant is playing his cards close to his chest why wouldn't he.He is probably just waiting for someone to tap him on the shoulder and he will get a descent payout for retirement.Two sentences in this article show a sign of desperation
"that PaperlinX needs more funds to properly restructure"
"the group produce riot shields and glass for tanks"

I just had a quick look at the last 10 years on PPX.Back in 2003 with turnover of $1 billion less than last year they made over $100 million profit.What they should have done was to look at the company then in regards to staffing levels etc and brought the levels back...
I just had a look at the numbers in 2003 4,828 employees now they have 6,200.The next thing would be the break up eg admin,sales etc.Have they been reducing numbers recently?
