Howdy all.... long time watcher, first time holder (as of this morning). Should expect a boost following some irresponsible polices in tomorrow's budget to keep air in the bubble:
2% home deposit required for single mothers
Access $50k from your super for a deposit
And no doubt some other short sighted hand-outs to keep the bubble buoyant. Happy to take a profit from these decisions however in the form of AFG
