Your post is both probable & Logical...given whats in front of us... perhaps.... you know of a silver bullet in terms of advice for those that will be caught in this correction/debt deleverage & mother of all corrections...
I note your 5 + years on the HC thread...is considerable...maybe you can share the most valuable tit bit of advice you have received on the property side? if you have the time & inclination...
In my 12 months on here, i must say, the Refind site has been the gold for me, i find it v v usefull..
