    As far as I can recall this figure is pure speculation about a the damage claim including the JV extension to 5 mtpa production at Tabang. Until late 2011 the 1 mtpa production was not proven. Therefore claiming 750 mio $ is totally nuts. If they can recover their capex +legal expenses - around 150 mio $ - that would be excellent.

    There are clear prohibitions & restrictions for Bayan & Kangaroo in relation to the shares.
