Kangaroo’s coal products compare poorly to CV and TM specifications, butfavourably to the ash and TS specifications. Overall, Kangaroo’s coal productswould be sold at a steep discount to the HBA and all constituent indices.

Therefore, in SRK’s opinion, Kangaroo’s coal products would likely achieve only 36% to 49% of the price for a 6,000 kcal/kg NAR index FOB coal.

It sounds totally nuts but deploying the bcb technology on kangaroo grounds looks still like a win-win for all parties involved.
may be they will settle the litigation out of court and start all over with a new jv-management team at wec & krl.
