Three CETO 5 units produce 33% of HAMS Stirling's freshwater, 9 present CETO 5's will produce 100%
CETO 5 @ 240kw x 9 = 2160kw this used for direct desalination will power the whole base.

For desalination only, increase the size to the ones to be used in CETO 6 but still use CETO 5 technology for desalination only, these buoys produce 1000kw.
There for two larger buoys will produce most if not all of HMAS Stirling's fresh water.

There is a definite market for CETO5 especially here in Australia with our droughts and arid coast line.
