Bit of a red herring I think. Transmission of the virus is of no consequence to anyone. What matters is whether or not you get hospitalised and/or killed.
Data as at today shows that israel has already defeated COVID. They alternate between a 7 day average of 0-2 deaths per day (effectively none).
