Get the population vaccinated as quickly as possible to 70 per cent, or if one must, 80pc (though difficult) and achieve this by ceasing spreading fear about the AZ vaccine. I'd then open up, given that one can't keep a virus out.
This would be a huge help to QAN, WES and many other companies. Most importantly, it would see WA grandparents able to visit their NSW grandchildren via SYD, as one small example of societal benefits.
