Will QAN survive?, page-1650

I don't usually post on this thread but more of a watcher. The thing with investing is it is as much about understanding fundamentals as it is understanding behaviours/sentiment of the market. For me it was a no brainer to invest in the middle of the last wave at around 4.40. Yes I understood QAN isn't in a good financial position and yes I understood the outlook was murky. But I also realised the vaccination rate was skyrocketing faster and as soon as there was a hint of visibility of travel these stocks would jump on sentiment alone. So I don't agree this stock will go to 'the moon' or will 'tank' soon but understanding the behaviours of the market in the midst of fear at the end of July got me a healthy 25-30% return in a market that is struggling to grow since June. So in summary yes tony you might be right but fundamental analysis isn't the only thing that moves prices. I think the thing that sets different investors a part is the ones that can understand sentiment and the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. So sometimes tony you may be right but you could still be fighting a losing battle.

Its also helped me with other reopening stocks i.e. FLT and SGR but DYOR and not trying to divert attention from QAN
